Our Christmas & St. Stephen\u2019s Menu 1 is an invitation to gather around the table, with comforting flavours and that festive touch that calls for a toast. We begin with three small bites to whet the appetite and spark conversation: goat\u2019s cheese and honey bonbon, country-style p\u00e2t\u00e9 on a crisp toast, and marinated olives. Simple, tasty and perfect for sharing while the main dishes are on their way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the starter, choose your path: sopa de galets, a classic, heart-warming broth that tastes like home; aubergines with goat\u2019s cheese, a blend of silkiness and character; or a smoked salmon salad with strawberries and walnuts, fresh and balanced for those who prefer a lighter start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the main course, fire takes centre stage. Charcoal-grilled chicken or charcoal-grilled churrasco for lovers of flame-kissed flavour; oven-baked sea bream with seasonal vegetables for a juicy, seafaring option; or Iberian pork knuckle braised in red wine, tender and aromatic for those who enjoy celebratory stews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
